Mitch is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 19 years of experience in the construction, management, and engineering fields. Mitch is licensed in Washington, Oregon, Arkansas, Illinois, Nevada, and Wisconsin. Mitch also peforms air balancing, ATP's, and mechanical HVAC equipment and system commissioning.
Pam Arneson joined Absolute Engineering in April of 2005 and is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 9 years of design and engineering experience and is licensed is Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Pam specilizes in commercial and industrial power and lighting, generator sizing, health care facilities and code issues.
Bob DePoe joined Absolute Engineering in January of 2003 and brings over 37 years of construction, construction management, and building commissioning
experience. Bob is an ex-boiler inspector for the State of Washington. Bob is also a member of the Siletz Indian Nation. Bob and Mitch have been working together for over 17 years.
Jeff Horlacher joined Absolute Engineering at the inception of the Company. Jeff brings over 15 years of CAD design experience to the Company. Jeff is a licensed CPD, "Certified in Plumbing Design". Jeff also performs air balancing, ATP's, and mechanical HVAC equipment and system commissioning.
Josh Hansen joined Absolute Engineering in April of 2003 and has over 6 years of drafting experience. Josh is a primary CAD operator and assists in air balancing.
Lonnie Burris joined Absolute Engineering in January of 2006 and has over 12 years of drafting experience. Lonnie is a primary CAD operator and assists in air balancing.
